Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors during pregnancy do not increase the risk of Hirschsprung disease

Even though previous studies have shown an association between Hirschsprung disease and maternal SSRI use during pregnancy, our population-based Swedish cohort study could not find any increased risk.
